The Challenge

OhSevenDays, a Europe-based sustainable fashion brand with office and operations in Istanbul, had a strong product and clear brand values, but needed to scale its digital presence and commercial impact.

The main goals were to grow a consistent audience across Instagram and other digital platforms, and to expand wholesale partnerships with international retailers. While content was being produced, growth was slow, engagement lacked consistency, and social media was not functioning as a reliable driver of brand awareness or inbound business opportunities.

What We Did

Before launching gemma, the agency’s founder collaborated closely with the OhSevenDay team on content strategy and social media execution. We transformed the brand’s digital presence from a product-focused clothing label into a recognisable lifestyle brand with a clear identity, stronger positioning, and a scalable content ecosystem. The focus shifted from simply selling products to building a brand that customers follow, trust, and retailers want to work with.

1. Restructuring the brand and content strategy

Redefined the brand’s content and growth approach to align with audience behaviour and long-term business objectives. Developed a clear content strategy across Instagram and digital platforms, establishing consistent messaging, storytelling pillars, visual direction, and brand positioning.

2. Building a cohesive brand identity

Developed a recognisable visual language and content system that moved beyond traditional catalogue-style product promotion. Introduced lifestyle-driven creative concepts, stronger storytelling around sustainability and production processes, and consistent content formats designed to strengthen brand recognition. Integrated founder presence and brand voice into the content strategy to create a more authentic and memorable connection with the audience.

3. Managing content production and digital execution

Directed and produced photo and video shoots aligned with the brand’s positioning and storytelling objectives. Managed Shopify website content and updates to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Maintained alignment between social media, website content, and overall brand communication.

4. Maintaining consistent ongoing content activity

Established a sustainable content production system focused on long-term brand equity rather than short-term sales campaigns. Published content consistently across platforms, using storytelling, lifestyle content, product context, and brand values to build audience trust and recognition.

Grew the social media audience by 7,000+ highly relevant followers organically, without paid audience acquisition.
